We mostly ignore simple things. Air breathing and eating clean and nutritious vegetables is basic to the sustaining of life.

Various viruses are emerging as the ecosystem of the earth is changing rapidly as the result of human unnatural behaviours. It seems the earth is waiting for the doomsday. The emerging viruses, such as SARS, MERS, Novel coronavirus, are threatening the life of all animals on and in the earth. Only those animals that have strong immune systems can survive the outbreak of the ever-evolving microbiomes and viruses. The animals with weak immune system are easily susceptible to the spreading of microbiomes. Viruses and microbiomes are just leading their life, performing their roles as directed by the Creator, God. They decompose weak lives for the sustaining of the earth. Imagine if they don't do the job.


Animals depend on the plants to survive. Healthy plans grows healthy animals. The plants depend on the soil of the earth to survive. Healthy soil grows healthy plants(vegetables and fruits). We now have to focus on the soil of the earth to survive. We have to make the soil, plants, animals, ourselves and the earth healthy. We are the whole. All of us have to be healthy. Still some weak individuals of the group have to lose their lives for the sustainability of the earth. 

Human beings, as a kind of animals, have to eat healthy plants. All the civilizations on the earth from the ancient have been using herbs and other plants with strong energy and gi for healing and energy source. China and Korea are the cultures that have developed herbal medicine as the part of their lives.In Korea, the interest in herbs and grasses(all the plants have its healing power, the cosmic energy, as they strive to survive.) is currently increasing. Korean people have also developed the fermented foods, such as Kimchi, doenjang, jangazzi, jeotgal. The fermented foods contain innumerable microorganisms inside and they have the role of harmonizing the sub-microorganisms and viruses. The goal of this BLOG is to introduce the details of the Korean herbal food and medicine, and the fermented foods. You will be surprised how these as strong people as insams have developed the herbs and fermented foods. Koreans ferment almost all plants and animals.

Cultivating good microbios inside your body can help defeat the ever-changing different viruses.  If you fail in cultivating good lives(microbios) inside your body you may die for the sustainability of the earth.
